DELIVERY POLICY

Items ordered through OneCedarLane.com are shipped UPS for domestic orders. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered via standard ground transportation, which takes 2-6 business days. You may request Next Day, which takes 1 business day, for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Personalized order may require additional time.

• Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS or USPS, which takes 3-10 business days.
• Orders shipped to Outside North America are shipped via USPS, which takes 3-10 business days.
• Next Day Delivery shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
• One Cedar Lane does not ship aerosols and alcohol based products via Next Day Delivery or to a P.O. Box.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders must meet the required dollar amount to receive Free Shipping. Free Shipping is available for domestic orders only (not available on shipments to Canada or Outside North America). Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will ship UPS or Fedex ground.

Only orders entered via OneCedarLane.com website qualify for Free Shipping. Phone Orders Do Not Qualify For Free Shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you should need to return an item, please call Customer Service at 1-866-627-3800 for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Personalized items cannot be returned unless item is defective or making an exchange for the same item in the correct size.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective or you received an item in error.
